PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact transmission case by using a reverse gear and a reversing shaft to obtain the reverse rotation of a forward/reverse transmission mechanism also for a transmission gear and a creep shaft of a creep transmission mechanism arranged on a rear stage to respectively reducing the number of gears and shafts. SOLUTION: A creep transmission mechanism is formed by utilizing a reversing shaft provided with a reverse gear 36. When the rotation of the reverse gear 36 is transmitted to a gear 38 on a sub transmission shaft 72 from the creep shaft 71 through a gear 37, the low creep speed is obtained. On the other hand, when the rotation of a creep counter shaft 70 is transmitted to the sub transmission shaft 72, the high creep speed can be obtained. The creep shaft 71, the sub transmission shaft 72, a drive pinion shaft 61 and a front wheel drive shaft 63 are respectively and pivotably supported by a bearing support wall 4 fixed to a fixed wall 110 of a rear transmission case. Rear end parts of the shafts 71, 72, 61, 63 are pivotably supported by a bearing part attached to an inner wall part 111 of the rear transmission case.
