PURPOSE: A construction structure for an eco-friendly embankment is provided to protect an ecosystem by forming a habitat and a passing hole for underwater creatures on the front of a bank protective block and to cut down the construction expenses by maximizing the construction efficiency by simplifying the structure of an embankment system. CONSTITUTION: The construction structure for an eco-friendly embankment comprises the steps of installing footing blocks(300) on both sides of a river(100), then connecting an embankment block laterally by using a fastening pin on the footing block(300) and installing an ecological panel on the front of the embankment block. A footing block(300) is provided with a C-shaped setting groove to fasten a bank protective block(400). A bank protective block(400) is composed of an embankment block and an ecological panel. The embankment block is provided with two projections having a front fastening groove and a fastener having a lateral fastening groove, and the ecological panel is provided with a fish passing hole and a fastening frame to be installed to the fastening groove of the projection.
