PURPOSE: A paint brush and its preparation method are provided, to improve the easiness and convenience of painting by allowing a hair material to be combined directly to the handle of a brush. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (S1000) forming a handle with wood; (S2000) forming a plurality of long grooves on the end surface of the handle in parallel; (S3000) arraying the hair cut into a certain length to form a hair material; (S4000) dividing the hair material to allow it to be inserted into the long grooves; (S5000) coating an epoxy-based adhesive to the one end part of the divided hair material and inserting it into the each long groove; (S6000) drying naturally the hair material inserted into the long groove in the shade for 20-24 hours; and (S7000) combing the dried hair material to remove fine hairs. Preferably the long groove has a width of 3-4 mm and a length of 6-8 mm and the long grooves are connected at the each both ends. |
