PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting component between a panel and a supporting portion, which component can absorb the dimensional difference between a panel and a supporting body within the range of the assembly allowance of the connecting component, and also can absorb the minute positional displacement caused by mutually different expansions of the components, in the assembled state, due to the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the vehicle, and the different coefficients of expansion of the materials composing the panel and the supporting portion. SOLUTION: For example, a body 1 is provided, which has a slender portion 3 to be inserted into a hole provided on the supporting body 4 that is a part of the body of the vehicle. The recessed portion 8 of a retainer 9 connected to the panel is locked on the body. In addition, a laminated injection molded component 13 made of a flexible and compressible material is provided in the body. The laminated injection molded component has an absorbing ring 14. The absorbing ring surrounds a portion 18 of the body 1, and comes into contact with the neck portion 12 of the retainer 9, and absorbs the lateral compression caused by the positional shift due to the manufacturing errors and the expansion of the supporting body 4 and the panel.
