PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a real composite image which reflects light condition, etc. included in an original photographed image, and matched to nature. SOLUTION: In a case that a blue color curtain 52 is photographed by a digital camera 1, and inserts an image of another curtain in the part of the photographed image, and composes a new image, a part having blue information out of the photographed image is extracted as a composite object, an image of another curtain is inserted in the composite target, and a composite image is created. At that time, a luminance component is extracted from the composite target of the photographed image, a color difference component is extracted from the another image, and the composite image is created.
