PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to automatically and accurately print an image in full scale. SOLUTION: An image data acquiring means acquires image data related to the image including a reference mark in which the actual measurement length at a prescribed part is determined. A rate of change acquiring means obtains a rate of change required for printing the image in full scale when executing printing processing by a printer having prescribed printing resolution by utilizing the actual measurement length and a number of pixels corresponding to the prescribed part of the reference mark in the image data. An image data interpolating means changes the number of constituent pixels of the image data on the basis of the acquired rate of change.
