The input air unit is for a room in a building and comprises a conduit (22) extending generally horizontally in the vicinity of a room wall (11), preferably adjacent to the ceiling (10). The conduit has a number of blow-out mouthpieces (33) separated along its length and are directed downwards and along the walls. - The input air unit defines a downwardly directed air outflow gap (35) extending along the input air conduit in the direction of the air blow-out mouthpieces. It also defines an upper aperture for conducting inwards ambient room air into and through a heat exchanger (50). This establishes a mixture of room air and input air in the outflow gap, which flows outwards through a perforated screen plate (90) comprising stretch metal plate with a degree of opening of at least 75 per cent. |
