PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw tea leaf sieving apparatus for precisely and satisfactorily sieving cut leaves. SOLUTION: This raw tea leaf sieving device 1 is provided with a vibration conveyer 5 for carrying raw tea leaves on a carrying surface while applied with vibration in a carrying direction, and a screen plate 7 formed on the carrying surface of the vibration conveyer 5, having holes 7a of a given diameter formed on the plate 7, and for dropping cut leaves to be sieved from the raw leaves carried on the carrying surface.
