PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize an abnormality of an air system and an electric system without using a structure for moving a pressure sensor. SOLUTION: An airtight tank 24 is provided between air entrances of respective power opening/closing valves 16 and a compression air source 22, and the airtight tank 24 and the compression air feeding source 22 are communicated with each other by a base side air feeding line 21. Whereas, the airtight tank 24 and each of the air entrances are communicated with each other by a leading side air feeding line 20 and a base side opening/closing valve 23 is provided on a midway of the base side air feeding line 21. A pressure detection means 25 for detecting that an air pressure in the airtight tank 24 becomes specific magnitude or less is provided. When a valve release current for open-operating a solenoid opening/closing valve 16 is emitted from a valve control apparatus 15, a current detection means 27 for detecting an amount or existence of the valve release current fed to the specific solenoid opening/closing valve 16 fed with the valve release current is provided.
