An electrical connector for a parallel circuit board is provided to form an acute unit in a projecting part and engage the acute unit with a resin surface of the parallel circuit board, thereby preventing the parallel circuit board from being separated. An electrical connector for a parallel circuit board comprises the following parts: a terminal(10) which is acquired by processing a metal board while maintaining a plate surface of the metal board; a housing for supporting the terminals by a predetermined interval; a projecting part(11A,12A) which is formed in an edge point of two arm objects in the terminals; and an acute unit in which a projection part of the arm object is formed in at least one side. The connector is electrically able to connect between the parallel circuit board and the terminal.
