A cancer marker polypeptide, a method for diagnosing cancer using the same and a cancer diagnosis kit are provided to diagnose the cancer rapidly, accurately and efficiently in early stage thereof by analyzing cancer tissue or a cancer marker polypeptide in blood, thereby being usefully used for the cancer diagnosis. The cancer marker polypeptide is selected from a protein coded by polynucleotide sequences described No.1- 47. The method for diagnosing cancer comprises a step of analyzing a cancer marker polypeptide in a sample using the cancer marker polypeptide which is at least one selected from the protein coded by the polynucleotide sequences described No.1- 47. The cancer diagnosis kit comprises the cancer marker polypeptide as an antigen and at least one antibody having the specificity to the cancer marker polypeptide.
