A locking device and a connector apparatus with the same are provided to provide a guide part which is installed in the housing for guiding a part of the spring unit by a predetermined direction, thereby implementing strong locking power and preventing the locking device from being damaged. A locking device comprises the following parts: a housing(5) which is fixed to a surface of a base board; a spring unit which is installed in the housing and connected to an electronic device of a card type and to which power applied to the electronic device is applied; a locking unit(4) which is installed in the spring unit and engaged with the other part of the electronic device of the card type and for preventing lift of the other part of the electronic device; and a guide unit which is installed in the housing for guiding a part of the spring unit by a predetermined direction.
