A battery cover and a portable terminal including the same are provided to attach and detach an antenna to the portable terminal conveniently while maintaining the antenna at a predetermined length. An antenna(300) is mounted at an antenna receiving groove(210). An antenna connection jack is electrically connected with the antenna. A cover(200) covers a battery. The antenna is for receiving a broadcasting signal. The antenna is configured with plural rods(320,330,350). A length of the antenna is configured to be extended and reduced. The antenna includes a pivot connection unit(340) for adjusting an installation angel after the antenna is extended.
