FIELD: manufacture of building materials; composition of concrete mixes on base of siliceous binders. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed mix contains the following components, mass-%: binder - quartz glass of fraction 0.315-0.63 mm, 8-12 and fraction 0.63-1.25 mm, 8-12; filler - quartz sand, 28-32; natural sandstone, 28-32; components are ground together to specific surface of 300-350 m2/kg; alkaline component (in terms of R2O), 0.90-1.2; the remainder being water. Used as alkaline component are alkaline metal carbonates and caustic alkalines. Method of manufacture of articles from this mix includes activation of mineral filler, grading, preparation of mix by mixing the said components and molding articles made from this mix followed by autoclave treatment performed under saturated steam pressure of 1.2 Mpa for 12 hours. ^ EFFECT: enhanced chemical resistance; reduced power requirements for production of silico-concrete. ^ 3 cl, 2 tbl, 1 ex |
