PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing costs by reducing the number of components in realization of a steering damper to be mounted in a front wheel side of a two wheeler. SOLUTION: In the housing structure, a housing body H integrally having a bracket B has a hole 10 for forming a cylinder part 1, a hole 20 for forming an accumulator part 2, a hole 30 for forming a check valve part 3, and a hole 40 for forming a damping valve part 4. It is comprised by having a passage L1 opened from a side of the hole 10 for forming the cylinder part 1 to communicate the hole 10 with an upstream side of the damping valve part 4, a passage L2 communicated with the hole 40 for forming the damping valve part 4 while communicating the hole 30 for forming the check valve part 3 with the hole 20 for forming the accumulator part 2, a passage L3 opened from a side of the hole 30 for forming the check valve part 3 to allow communication of the hole 30 with the hole 10 for forming the cylinder part 1, and a passage L4 opened from a side of the hole 40 for forming the damping valve part 4 to allow communication of the hole 40 with the hole 10 for forming the cylinder part 1.
