Fluorescent genes are provided to transform a flower plant through a recombinant vector to emit fluorescent colors including yellow, red and cyan from the flower under the blue light in the visible ray region, so that added value of the plant is improved. The fluorescent genes YFP(yellow fluorescent protein), RFP(red fluorescent protein) and CFP(cyan fluorescent protein) having the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO:1, SEQ ID NO:2 and SEQ ID NO:3, respectively are cloned by inducing point mutations of sGFP(green fluorescent protein) gene which emits green fluorescence flower under the blue light in the visible ray region through PCR(polymerase chain reaction) using point mutation primers YFP-F primer, RFP-Fmt primer and BCFP-F primer.
