A divider integrated base station antenna and an operation method thereof are provided to embed a divider in the antenna of a mobile communication base station in order to protect the divider from a lot of shock, thereby extending duration as promoting safety in case of signal delivery. A divider(102) inputs a mobile communication transmission signal to an input terminal(103), and divides power in set ratio to supply the power to the first and second terminals(104,105), then is embedded in an antenna housing unit(100). An antenna element(101) is connected to the first terminal of the divider, and wirelessly radiates the mobile communication transmission signal supplied in the set ratio. An output terminal(106) is connected to the second terminal of the divider, and supplies the transmission signal to the outside. The antenna housing unit integratedly fixes the divider, the antenna element, and the output terminal in a shielded inner part, and protects from external shock.
