A METHOD FOR CONNECTING HOT PRESSED BOARD TO PRESSING AND LIFTING HYDRAULIC CYLINDER AND ITS DEVICE

A method for connecting hot pressed board to pressing and lifting hydraulic cylinder in continuous flat press and its device are disclosed. The device includes a pressing hydraulic cylinder (1), a piston rod (2), L-shaped boards (3), a trapezoidal heat insulating pad (4), a baffle (5) and a heat insulating board (6), etc. The heat insulating pad is provided in the hooked groove between the L-shaped board and the piston pad so that there is less heat transfer and loss and effective protection at the inside structure of the piston rod. The present invention has the positive effects of simple reliable structure, obvious heat insulation and capacity of ensuring the continuous smooth running of the continuous flat press.
