A laser machining system for manufacturing a solar cell is provided to increase productivity by removing processes of conveying a solar cell module into a specified laser cutting device, performing laser cutting of the solar cell module, and injecting the cut solar cell module into a production process again, and a laser machining method using the same is provided. A laser machining system for mass-producing a semiconductor part(400) comprises: a conveyor(401) for moving the concerned semiconductor part to a place at which a semiconductor processing process is carried out; and a machining part(402) in which the conveyor is positioned in a path for moving the semiconductor part, and which performs laser machining of the semiconductor part. The conveyor moves the concerned semiconductor part to a fixed angle range of 0 to 90 degrees based on the vertical direction. The machining part includes at least one laser for machining to machine the concerned semiconductor part. The laser for machining is one selected from Nd:YLF(Nd:LiYF4), Nd:YAG(Nd:Y3Al5O12), Nd:YVO(Nd:YVO4), Nd:LSB(Nd:LaSc3(BO3)4), and Nd:NNO(Nd:NiNbO3).
