PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable safe handling of a cartridge for a chemical reaction after sample introduction. SOLUTION: The cartridge 10 for a chemical reaction has a sealing member 11 with a unit for sealing an opening 12, which covers a puncturing section 6 of a cartage body 1. After puncturing a needle into a puncturing section 6 to inject a sample, at least the puncturing section 6 is sealed with a sealing member 11 so as to include the member 6 inside. The cartridge 10 for a chemical reaction is used for a sample inspection and then discarded. The sealing member may be a bag shape covering the whole of the cartridge. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
