PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor pressure control system and an indoor pressure control method for preventing intrusion of outdoor contaminants into a room and prevents diffusion of the contaminants outdoors. SOLUTION: This indoor pressure control system comprises: an input means 10 for inputting an outdoor contamination state; an indoor pressure changing means 30 changing an indoor pressure; and a control portion 20 for controlling the indoor pressure by the indoor pressure changing means 30 according to the outdoor contamination state input by the input means 10.
