PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump unit superior even in safety, for delivering an air-dissolved liquid under relatively high pressures. SOLUTION: This pump unit X has a base body 1 having a pipe L1 and a pipe L2, a circulating pump 2, a gas-liquid separating tank 3, and a cover 4 covering the circulating pump 2 and the gas-liquid separating tank 3. The circulating pump 2 is constituted in a canned type, and introduces fluid from the pipe L1, and delivers the fluid in a predetermined high pressure state. An air intake valve 6 is connected to the pipe L1, and air is introduced to the pipe L1 from an external part via the air intake valve 6 and a pipe L3 connected to this valve. The gas-liquid separating tank 3 discharges the air-dissolved liquid to the external part via the pipe L2 while separating and exhausting insoluble air in the fluid from an air vent valve 7 by flowing the fluid delivered from the circulating pump 2, and exhausts the air exhausted from the air vent valve 7 to the external part via a pipe L5.
