PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent resin sheet enhanced in the efficiency of taking light outside, low in the coefficient of linear expansion and excellent in dimensional stability and suitable for an emission device. SOLUTION: The transparent resin sheet is constituted by forming a high refractive index layer on one side of a transparent base material composed of a transparent resin and a fibrous filler and characterized in that the average coefficient of linear expansion of the transparent base material at 30-150°C is 40 ppm or below, the surface average roughness (Ra) of the transparent base material is 10 nm or above, and the refractive index of the high refractive index layer is 1.6 or above. Preferably, the high refractive index layer comprises an organic substance and the transparent resin is obtained by curing a resin composition containing a cation polymerizable component.
