PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sieve implement and a sieve device efficiently sieving particulate matter like wheat flour on a sieve mesh, and suppressing clogging of the mesh. SOLUTION: The sieve implement 1 is vibrated on the sieve mesh 13 and used for sieving particulate matter on the sieve mesh 13, and is provided with a frame-like member 2 and a vortex-like member 3 provided inside the frame-like member 2, having a shape wound like vortex, with one end 3a fixed to the frame-like member 2 and the other end 3b being a free end.
