A silicon sealing tape is provided to save the manufacturing time and costs and to reduce the generation of defects by using a double sided tape consisting of an acryl adhesive tape. A silicon sealing tape comprises a silicon sheet and an adhesive tape. The silicon sheet includes an upper side and lower side, wherein the lower side is surface-treated with plasma. The adhesive tape is adhered at the lower side.
