<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a train traffic control system capable of reducing a burden of a crew or a captain by automatically carrying out report and instruction which should be accurately carried out by the crew or the captain immediately after a vehicle failure and positively and quickly executing the report and instruction. <P>SOLUTION: A train information server 4 judges a vehicle failure and the like according to the state information of a vehicle received through an information transmitting/receiving device 10 on the ground side, and automatically changes a diagram if necessary. The train information server 4 automatically produces information related to passenger guidance according to the received state information of the vehicle, and transmits and displays that to a station or a vehicle to provide information. Therefore, the report in occurrence of the vehicle failure, judgment thereof, and diagram changing work which are mostly left to work by human and the like can be replaced with automated secure information, so that prompt and accurate work can be expected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
