PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which can effectively and legally use an original since copying and printing, which correspond to the original whose duplication and the like are restricted, are not uniformly restricted but are appropriately performed within a range that the law allows, and to provide an image forming system including the image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: In image formation corresponding to an original with information, to which the information showing a restriction of duplication is added, propriety of exception application to the restriction of the duplication is determined based on place information showing an installation site of a self-machine, whether the information is added to the original on the image formation is determined, and the image formation corresponding to the original is performed based on such a determination result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
