PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor-space structure of a building capable of suitably ventilating an inter-floor space, while restraining reduction in heat insulation performance in an upper floor space part, in a unit type building for providing the upper floor space part and a semi-outdoor space in an upper floor unit.SOLUTION: An inter-floor space between a balcony unit 20B and a balcony unit 20A comprises a living room side space part positioned under a second floor living room formed in the balcony unit 20B and a balcony side space part 70b positioned under a balcony. In a beam opposed part positioned in a boundary part between the living room side space part and the outdoors, an inter-beam heat insulation material is provided over the whole area of an inter-beam clearance, and in a beam opposed part 83b positioned in a boundary part between the balcony side space part 70b and the outdoors, the inter-beam heat insulation material is not provided in the inter-beam clearance, so that the inter-beam clearance becomes a ventilation part 114 for communicating the balcony side space part 70b with a ventilation layer 98.
