PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a license information access system capable of simplifying an operation in the case of reading license information from a license.SOLUTION: Authentication information Da and personal identification data Db registered in a license 19 are preliminarily stored in a secure element 29 of an electronic key 2. One example of the authentication information Da is the expiration date of the license 19, and one example of the personal identification data Db is a personal identification number.
