PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device for inspecting foreign matter stuck to the inner surface of a container, in which a real image and a virtual image are discriminated with high accuracy and false detection is reduced.SOLUTION: Provided is an inspection device 1 for inspecting foreign matter stuck to the inner surface of an object having an inside space, the inspection device comprising: an illumination light irradiation unit 2 for radiating light toward an inspection region that is set on the inner surface of the object; an image-capturing unit 3 for capturing the image of the inspection region; a relative movement unit 5 for moving the image-capturing unit 3 relatively; and a foreign matter candidate detection unit 7 for detecting a foreign matter candidate, the foreign matter candidate detection unit 7 inspecting a foreign matter candidate individually with respect to a plurality of image information acquired at least two positions of a first image-capture position and a second image-capture position of the inspection region. The inspection device further includes a real image detection unit 8 for finding out a real image from among individual foreign matter candidates detected by the foreign matter candidate detection unit 7 on the basis of the position information of the foreign matter candidates included in the plurality of pieces of image information, image-capture condition information at the first image-capture position, and image-capture condition information at the second image-capture position, and outputting the found image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
