PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a test device designed to improve a composite test device for installing a test object in the test chamber of a thermostat and carrying out a tensile test, the test device not susceptible to the occurrence of freezing or dew condensation in the inside of an open hole through which a rod, etc. is penetrated, or in its vicinity.SOLUTION: There exist spaces 210, 215 on the outside of rod insertion open holes 20, 21 of a thermostat 2 and at the position of axial extension of the rod insertion open holes 20, 21, with the surroundings of the spaces covered by an upper covering member 200 and a lower covering member 201. A nitrogen gas is supplied from the inner circumferential side of the rod insertion open holes 20, 21 into the rod insertion open holes 20, 21. The nitrogen gas enters the spaces 210, 215 enclosed by the upper covering member 200 or the lower covering member 201 from an outside opening 26 of the rod insertion open holes 20, 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
