PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide; an immunochromatographic measurement method that allows for quickly and easily detecting and diagnosing IFN-γ in a specimen at high sensitivity that equals or surpasses sensitivity of the ELISA method; a diagnostic agent for tuberculous pleuritis to be used in such method; an immunochromatographic measurement kit for diagnosing tuberculous pleuritis; and hybridomas for producing antibodies used in the afore mentioned.SOLUTION: Immunochromatographic measurements are made using antibodies that binds with IFN-γ, in particular, with an anti-IFN-γ mouse monochronal antibody produced by a hybridoma having an accession number "NITE P-01944," and an anti-IFN-γ mouse monochronal antibody produced by a hybridoma having an accession number "NITE P-01945."SELECTED DRAWING: None |
