<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door opening structure of a vehicle in which a vehicle body door can be restricted in a superior manner. <P>SOLUTION: The door opening structure 10 of the vehicle has a vehicle body weather strip 16 arranged at a peripheral edge 13 of a door opening 12 and an air filling means 21 for filling air to a hollow part 18 arranged at the vehicle body weather strip 16. The door opening structure 10 of the vehicle is provided with the vehicle body weather strip 16 on the vehicle body 11 and an accepting part 41 for receiving the vehicle body weather strip 16 in a vehicle body door 14.
