The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device for extending a lifespan, a power supply device, and a solar street lamp, for improving a voltage pulse applied to each battery, thereby improving the performance of a battery in an efficient manner by a simple structure and extending the lifespan. According to one aspect of the present invention, the device for extending a lifespan applies the voltage pulse to a first battery and a second battery. The voltage pulse comprises: a first pulse at a first level; and a second pulse at a second level higher than the first level alternately applied to the first pulse. |
