1. A method of manufacturing an organic light-emitting display apparatus, the method comprising:
preparing a substrate on which a plurality of pixel electrodes are formed; preparing a donor mask comprising a base substrate, a single light-to-heat conversion layer disposed on the base substrate to correspond to the entire surface of the base substrate and having a groove formed in a surface facing away from the base substrate, and a reflective layer interposed between the base substrate and the light-to-heat conversion layer, the entire light-to-heat conversion layer having light absorbing properties, the reflective layer having a through hole that does not overlap the groove; depositing a transferring layer on the light-to-heat conversion layer of the donor mask; aligning the donor mask with the substrate; and transferring a part of the transferring layer corresponding to the through hole onto at least a portion of the plurality of pixel electrodes formed on the substrate.
