The present invention relates to a payment system for a vehicle, using human body communication, the payment system comprising: a display unit; a human body communication module for performing communication via a payment terminal outside a vehicle and a human body; a human body contact which is installed in a steering input means of the vehicle and electrically connected to the human body communication module; and a control unit for selecting a payment means inside the vehicle and performing an electronic payment function between the payment terminal and the selected payment means on the basis of human body communication.
