PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductor element capable of increasing an inductor capacity while achieving excellent Ls characteristics of an inductor, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: An inductor element includes: an insulating layer 110; a coil pattern 130 formed on both surfaces of the insulating layer; a double insulating film (a first insulating film 140 and a second insulating film 150) formed of insulating materials different from each other, on the coil pattern; and a magnetic body 160 formed so that the insulating layer, the coil pattern, and the double insulating film are molded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
