Rotary viscosimeter that has placed coaxially vessel for medium under investigation bottom part of which is arranged as cylindrical lug, outer measuring cylinder arranged with radial openings and inner measuring cylinder connected to the system of measurement of torque, at that the outer measuring cylinder is arranged as connected to rotary drive, at that over the inner measuring cylinder hollow cylinder is additionally installed, its outer diameter is made equal to diameter of inner measuring cylinder, at that the lower edges of radial openings provided on the outer measuring cylinder are made as p[laced over the upper end of the inner measuring cylinder.
