FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to experimental oncology and mammalogy, and can be used as a model of cystic fibrosis of breast cancer. Method involves intramuscular introduction for virgin female rats a synestrol in a dose of 0.5 ml of 2 % oil solution in combination with 0.5 ml of 2.5 % progesterone oil solution. Introduction is performed in 1, 7, 14, 21, 28 and 35 days of experiment.EFFECT: method ensures production of morphological changes of mammary gland, similar to those changes in females, that enables a detailed studying the pathogenesis of the disease and facilitate development of paths of primary prevention of breast cancer.1 cl, 4 dwg |
