PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which can perform appropriate crimp processing on a terminal.SOLUTION: A terminal application device 1 includes a one-side brake unit 8 which brakes the movement of a continuous terminal. The one-side brake unit 8 includes a body part disposed to face the continuous terminal, and a support part for axially supporting the body part in a swingable manner. Let the surface of the body part facing the continuous terminal called an opposite surface, and a virtual surface which passes through a contact position contacting to the continuous terminal on the opposite surface along the normal direction of a stage 41 called a reference surface, the swing axis of the body part is positioned on the upstream side than the reference surface in a forward direction.
