PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily grasp an overview of progress states of one handling operation and a plurality of handling operations associated therewith.SOLUTION: In new slip issuance and relative slip issuance, a critical handling operation management support server SV generates a record ID identifying a task, a task ID (Task-ID) identifying a group of the task, an ID (Org-ID) indicative of relationship to a task as a slip issuance source in the relative slip issuance, and layer information hierarchically showing generations of respective tasks in the task group, and request information is added thereto and stored in an activity log storage part 32. Then when a list of tasks is displayed for each task group, handling states of the tasks are arranged in time series and displayed. Further, a bottleneck degree is calculated for each of stored task data, and the calculated bottleneck degree is added to the list of the task data and displayed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
