PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for a height adjusting work requiring repeated confirmations of the height in the installation of equipment and adjustments of the thickness of a supporting body.SOLUTION: According to the method, the unevenness of a surface of a basic body is grasped by measuring the surface pattern of the basic body to which a device 2 is to be installed as three-dimensional axes and obtaining a point group 1, and the relative distance between an installation position 3 of the device 2, to which three-dimensional arrangement has been designed, and the surface of the basic body is calculated by a program as an installation adjusted height. The thickness of a supporting material is previously determined based on the thus determined installation adjusted height and the supporting material is inserted into the device 2 and the basic body so that the need for adjusting the height in the installation work can be eliminated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
