摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate film for battery outer packaging, high in seal strength and interlayer adhesive strength, excellent in heat resistance and electrolyte resistance, low in environmental load, and capable of being produced inexpensively.SOLUTION: A laminate film 10 for battery outer packaging includes at least a base material layer 1, a first adhesive layer 2, a barrier layer 3, a second adhesive layer 4, and a sealant layer 5 which are laminated in the order. The second adhesive layer 4 comprises a polyethylene resin containing linear low density polyethylene (LLPE) as main components, at least a part of the polyethylene resin being acid-modified. The second adhesive layer has an MFR of 0.1 g/10 min or more and 3 g/10 min or less, a density of 0.920 g/cmor more and 0.950 g/cmor less, and a tensile modulus of elasticity of 100 MPa or more and 1,000 MPa or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
