PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide video decoding method and device for minimizing the error between an original video and a restored video.SOLUTION: In a step for acquiring the offset type information of a current block and a plurality of offset values from a bit stream, when the offset type information of a current block indicates a band offset type, entropy decoding is performed for the bit stream in bypass mode, and the information indicating the start position of the band of the current block is acquired. When the offset type information of the current block indicates an edge offset type, entropy decoding is performed for the bit stream in bypass mode, and a class indicating the edge direction of the current block is acquired.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A |
