PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor that can have a rotation sensor positioned and has a low-cost fixation structure between a housing and a motor cover while suppressing workability from decreasing during attachment to other products.SOLUTION: A motor according to one exemplary embodiment of the present application has a lower-side end of a shaft projected to outside a case. A bus bar holder is fixed to the case while held axially between a housing and a motor cover. The housing has a housing cylinder part and a housing-side fitting part extending radially outward from an outer peripheral surface of the housing cylinder part. The motor cover has a cover cylinder part surrounding a radial outer part of an upper-side end of the holder body part. and a cover-side fitting part extending radially outward from the outer peripheral surface of the housing cylinder part. The housing-side fitting part and cover-side fitting part are caulked mutually axially and fixed. Caulking parts of the housing-side fitting part and cover-side fitting part project upward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
