<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displacement magnifying device capable of improving the stability of straightness. <P>SOLUTION: This displacement magnifying device 21, magnifying a displacement caused by an actuator 23 with a lever 29 and transmitting it to an output member 31, includes a pair of L-shaped metal fittings 55 which abut against the end 51 on the opposite side to the displacement output side of the actuator and pinch the actuator from the front/back direction of a substrate 25. The output member includes an output member body receiving the displacement magnified by the lever, a pair of right and left output blocks 65 which are detachably mounted on the output member body and output the displacement of the output member body, and a system means 73 intervened between the output member body and the output blocks. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
