<p>Proteins, referred to as modified human T cell reactive feline proteins, which have reduced ability to bind immunoglobulin E from cat allergic individuals and substantially unaltered ability to stimulate T cells from cat allergic individuals (relative to affinity purified T cell reactive feline protein) and a method of making such proteins. The modified human T cell reactive feline proteins are useful in desensitization treatment of cat allergic individuals.</p> |
