PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing method to directly manufacture ceramic powders without using the complicated processes of calcining and pulverizing from a material which may be a ceramic precursor or its mixture. CONSTITUTION:From the material being the precursor of ceramic, e.g. from a precursor sol solution of individual ceramics, aluminum oxide, magnesium oxide or zirconium oxide powders are manufactured by thermal plasma. |
