PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT METHOD FOR IRON AND STEEL INDUSTRY

PURPOSE:To prevent the failure of units in compliance with an order occurring in the specific section where quality is inferior by ranking the quality in such a manner that the low grade units are allotted to the specific section where the quality is hardly assurable and arranging the units on casts in accordance with such ranking. CONSTITUTION:The units with which the conditions are common are grouped (step 101) and the grouped objective materials are rearranged according to the various sizes of widths (steps 102, 103). The casts are classified to plural regions according to sections with such grouping and the respective regions are ranked by quality. The unit groups are allotted to the plural segment regions according to such ranking (step 104), by which the casts are organized.
