PURPOSE:To reduce the leakage of a working medium from sealing parts which are provided at locations where a difference is generated in the pressure of the working medium, mechanical loss and wear as much as possible. CONSTITUTION:For sealing parts which are provided at locations where a difference in the pressure of a working medium is generated, e.g. a sealing part 30 between a compressing space 3 and first buffer space 10, and sealing parts 31 between the compressing space 3 and an expanding space 9, between the compressing space 3 and a second buffer space 11, are respectively constituted of a magnetic fluid seal. |
